We use high-grade vibrated concrete blocks manufactured in controlled conditions to consistent M-35 to M-45 strength grades. Blocks are available in multiple shapes (I-shape, zigzag, rectangular, cobble, heavy-duty), thicknesses (60mm, 80mm, 100mm) and colours to match your project aesthetic and load requirement.
Every PBMC project begins with careful site preparation — sub-grade compaction, GSB layer laying, edge restraint installation and levelling. Skipping this stage causes uneven settling; that is why our teams follow a strict pre-installation checklist verified by our site engineer before any block is placed.
Blocks are laid in the specified pattern (herringbone, stretcher bond or basketweave) with tight joint spacing, followed by joint-sand brushing, plate-compaction, and final washdown. The result is a rigid, load-distributing surface that flexes without cracking under both foot and vehicle traffic.
